Every Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a holiday), you show up to a small group of service-based solopreneurs, creatives, therapists, coaches, consultants, freelancers, and all-around delightful humans. You ask for specific help in the easiest way imaginable.

Your podmates (when appropriate) and I will tell you exactly what to do next when it comes to your marketing and sales, with zero guessing, minimal spiraling, and even a few laughs. Step-by-step, week-by-week, entire strategies unfold.

Here’s exactly what goes down each call:

TL;DR: Real marketing and sales work, done in real time, with strategists and peers who actually know what they’re talking about.

Every session opens with twenty-ish minutes of celebrations, because nobody celebrates solopreneurs and somebody absolutely should, and because noticing what is working is itself a marketing and sales skill that most solopreneurs never develop.

Then we get into hot seats, and this is where Make a Move Monday becomes something genuinely different from every other group coaching experience you have tried.

I use the Unstuck + Unstoppable Method, developed by my close collaborators Jennie + Meredyth, which means every person who wants a hot seat fills out a simple two-minute script to get crystal clear on exactly what kind of feedback they need before the session starts. You state it live; the room responds to precisely what you asked for and nothing else, and the whole thing moves with a speed and efficiency that will genuinely surprise you.

Every pod is two hours, which means everyone who wants a hot seat gets one, and the session ends when the work is done rather than when a timer goes off, because y’all are busy and your time is precious.
